Noticed Hearings: Guardianship & Probate Calendar, 9 AM Thursday only; hearing is required to be confirmed by noon, two Court days before the hearing date --- 425 388-3587.


Opening a probate file at the Clerk's Office requires a Case Type 4 Cover Sheet.


The Clerk's Office supplies Letters, so you don't have to prepare a Letters form.


If you are filing a Petition for Probate and the Will has already been filed as a Will-Only, you must go to the Clerk's Office to get the Will before going to Court.
